BeatBelly lessons

Sylvia van Swieten and Elliot Nok recorded videos of two BeatBelly lessons. The lessons are for group training or for individual training at home. (The lessons are in Dutch, but easy to follow for non-Dutch speakers)

1. fifteen minutes abdominal training

Intensive abdominal training enjoyed by participants from beginning to end. Muscles are trained in four sections, targeting different muscles groups for an all round abdominal workout.

2. 45 minutes full body workout

Focusing on abs, core stability, arms and legs, this lesson gives a full body cardio workout. This is a varied class in which stamina, coordination and strength of all muscle groups are developed and participants work at their own level.
